are you sure that rocks come back that far where you are . you have been telling us you were cathing sun fish from that pier . are you sure the water is salty enough for rocks ????

Last week I saw a huge tale splash the top of the water I'm guessing its a rock.
The rock fish are rare, I hear of them catching rock from the Pier maybe two times a year. (but its within a few maybe 5 people trying maybe once every two weeks.
But the people who use the boat ramp usually come home with a few rock. But my best guess is they go aways away.

Its possible too get rock they have been caught recently and I find it fun too try.

Blues are common though they are a pain when live lining for rock though....
