methods on rocks

i love rock fish but i haven't yet caught one...can you all share how your setup is when you catch rockfish?  and info needed too get some rock fish?

I have caught them on blood worm , live eel, and some tines clams. sewt up with a bottom rig and a slide sinker.  ;)

nice can you give sizes? ;D one kid caught a 24 inch rock from the Pier not long ago
