Just packed it all up in the freezer,we ate venison 6 times in the last eight days plus all the sausage I cooked the last 2 days while we were making it,just had a good ole BEEF cheeseburger.We ground up about 60 lbs of venison burgers and sausage in the lasdt few days.  ;D and I have 9 backstraps

Do not wish to be nosey but would like to ask a question. I have see this term   OBX   used often on the forum, such a term does not exist on my planet. Could you tell me what it means......?

OBX = Outer Banx.. = outer banks.. they actual trade marked it and I am sure you have seen bumper stickers with OBX on them.... on the vehicles flying around your planet....  anyway.. obx tourist term for the banks..

also you may see black and white stickers with 12 north or 12 south on them. .. that is route 12 = "beach road" .. north duck to corolla, whalebone up to va line = corova...etc.. south = kitty hawk, kill devils hills and nags head down to hatteras village.....Anyway... now you know.. I recommend a trip there if you like the beach, fishing, good seafood dinners and peace and quiet.....good waves, boogie boarding, fish piers and the beach sake for the beach's sake. not like ocean city MD with nothing but high rises...it has gotten built up, but still very nice and house on stilts and dunes and great beaches and lighthouses and a lot of folk lore to the area form Balck beard the pirate to the first flight by the wright brothers..... especially further south you go... Ocracoke Island won top beach in the US.. last year.  and placed third in the world.   it is an hour ferry ride south .. from Hatteras village... so that would be considered the lower banks..... so know you know... >:(
