Mississippi Rules and Regulations

In response to Crabby Crabber, I think you are required to have a valid saltwater fishing license to take crab by ringnets, handlines, or dip nets recreationaly. I checked the DMR site and non-resident 3 day runs about $18.29. I was checked weekend before last while handlining only. Friendly officer and he offered good information about the area.

I was curious of the regs, it looks like you only need a license to take crabs with a trap.  From my understanding of the regs, you don't need one to use a line.  Am I mistaken?
