Technically you could leave any trap in over night... just depends on the laws in your state as to if youo need a license, what size are the traps and stuff like that... a pot like jack showed ya is the only thing that can catch all night tho... most all little recreational traps can only accumulate a crab or two

In VA there are NO crabs, so, that's why they let Jack run the big pots  ;)

google up florida's commercial fishing supply vendors... I didn't see much when I did but it's a place to start.  You may need a commercial license to run those type of pots.  Not sure if you can get what you want here

Your going to need to find a brick and mortar store that deals in crabbing supplies.  Shipping on something like a crab pot would be more then the pot cost.  I am going to move your into the geographical area your in so maybe somebody close to you will answer.

They are thirty bucks at my walmart. If yours dont carry them, ask the guy in the fishing section to order them for you, they will be all too happy to comply.

gotcrabs?

I've seen them at most walmarts by the coast around here.  Try checking the walmarts further east of you or next time you are in Melbourne Beach they have them at the one off of Eau Gallie and A1A.  Good Luck!

I've used these all the time here in south carolina, sometimes we let our pots soak for days ! The Square posts like in the pic are the best ive used...Only after time do you have to clean them using a pressure washer..... the longer you soak the more junk build up...!
