Wouldn't Delaware be considered part of the Chesapeake Watershed?

Just curious as we are put into the Southern Atlantic region, when VA and even parts of MD are more southern than we are!

We kinda based where the states went on maps like this http://www.eduplace.com/ss/maps/pdf/southus.pdf and other US Region maps.  Plus feed back from members. Then decided to break out the areas that actually bordered the Chesapeake Bay. ;) 8)
