HELp...new to Virginia!!!!!

         Hey everyone just wanted to say Hi!! I'm new to VA and have some questions you might be able to help me with.......I used to crab in New Jersey....by the wildwood crest.   I used Crab traps....(the pull the line and doors close type)  and I used to use the throw in and leave kind.  I'm moving to VA  to Langely AFB and I was wondering if there were any good spots around there...(I have no boat)  PLus what are the regs??  Also do you need a license.  Any and all help will be appreciated.
