Is it legal to crab at night?

I believe you can crab recreationally at night in DE.

me and my kids have handlined off of the crabbing docks in our development after dark.We used flashlights to see the crabs to net them.They hung on surprisingly.We did ok a few times not that good others,could have been the tides
