Are there any baits that are you are prohibited from using for blue crab?

My edumacated guess would be:
Any species that is under sized, out of season, or endangered... or just WRONG! (dead birds or what-ever)

And even though it may not be a law, and it might be in your pre-nuptial agreement,...
you shouldn't use your SPOUSE!
