pa did stock coyotes back in the mountainous regions of the state in the 1950's and 60's. my grandfather was a warden till 1985 and said he was part of the original stocking of 4males and 4 females in bradford and potter counties. if anyone wants to hunt these critters let me know. i have a total of 900 acres to hunt in potter county and in 4 years we have shot over 120 yotes and have won the potter shoot out once with a 78lb yote.we usually hunt them in feb and march as it seems to be our best months. if interested let me know and you have to be a decent shot to about 400yrds.
