Have the itch and going down to the DE house this weekend. As I stated in the "welcome" section, im green, very green. No boat, just a few pots and dozen traps and crab from the docks...for now.

What could I expect this weekend, not that the water temps have greatly risen, but the weather has been nice. The ball and chain is working this weekend and im pretty much set on going, even if I come home empty handed i'd consider it a peaceful weekend.

Any help/tips/suggestions? (I'll be crabbing on the Indian Lake bay)

My main residence is in PA, my vacation house is in DE. No utilities are in my name at the vacation house, everything with ID is PA, can I still get a DE resident fishing license or will I have to get a tourist one? Thanks again, learned quite a bit from this site in a short period of time!

You need to apply as a non-resident...    And it's Indian River Bay.     ;)

You answered your own question.Ron is right, you have to apply as a non-resident.It's CHEAP compared to what other states charge for non-resident licenses!
One in the basket is better than two in the water!
