Certain zones in NJ go until mid-feb. I used to hunt in zone 14 (Central Jersey around Robinsville) when I was a kid...which is where an extended season exists now. Didn't then.

It's ashame that Robbinsville has really been overdeveloped both residentially and commercially over the past few years. The "entryway" into the area where 33 runs into 130 around Robbinsville-Edinburgh Road was nothing but farms 10 years ago. Now, it's unrecognizable to me when I pass through that area, as there is retail with three story townhouses on top of it right there.

Mindblowing, really.

Agreed. Nothing worse than driving through going ..."yeah, I shot one right there....and it's now a swimming pool or a store". Heartbreaking, really. So many memories from that area. That's really when I became a hunter. Have a lot to be thankful for up that way.

I agree.....my aunt had a farm, 290 acres that went up for development.

Every time I drive past Moorestown Mall I think of the pheasant I shot at the {now) main enftrance.

Plenty of those developments around southern PA. I think i shot a cockbird where crabdog parks his boat.. Lol
