I registered online, did not receive a card in the mail.  Do they still send you a card or do you use the one you can print online?

IIRC, for me, it took them about two weeks to send mine. In the interim, they had instructed me to print out the on line receipt to use as proof of registration until I had the actual one on hand. I also took a screen shot and copied it to my phone. Don't know if that would be valid or not, but my thinking was it couldn't hurt.

it's been about a month maybe i need to buy it again...

Can't order it again... I sent an email... may have to call them during the week.
