Gator hunting

2014 season opened with a bang!   By 10:30 Wednesday morning we had 13 gators from 9' 10" to 6' 3".  We averaged 8"4", which is a pretty good average.    Day 2 was slower, 4 gators biggest 9'10" to 6'1".

This year prices opened with 10' $40.00, 9' $35.00, 8' $30.00, 7" $25.00, 6' $20.00, 5' $15.00 and 4' $10.00, this is price per foot.   a 10' is worth $400.00 and a 4' is worth $40.00.

The first day gross was over $2,600.00, landowner typically gets 40% before you take out expenses.
