Heading down to the Pawley's/Murrell's area, mid October 2015.

My intent is to get some pre-cut "Chesapeake Cube" style pots shipped in when we are there.

At end vacation. I'll disassemble 'em to take 'em home until we return.
I can't really foresee any problems (famous last words) with disassemble/re-assemble as I believe they are held together with hog-rings.

I DID however have a few questions about buoy marking, pot marking and cull rings/turtle excluders:

a) Do I need my l need my name, address, phone number AND license number on the buoys?

b) Do I need to have my pots tagged with my non-resident license number and/or name, address, phone number?

c) Do my RECREATIONAL pots need to have cull/escape rings?
(The SCDNR website seems to only indicate that COMMERCIAL pots need rings)

d) Are turtle excluders required in S.C  on RECREATIONAL pots?

Any help would be appreciated as I want to do things properly and legally,
as well as paying proper respect to the 'lil blue swimmers and that lovely state that you call South Carolina.
