Crabbing in SC is the best I've encountered, and I've done it in MD, NJ, DE also. In one low tide using hand line my family would get 50-100 blue crabs guaranteed.

BCA's largest concentration of members is in the MD, DE, NJ, PA and VA areas, therefore we see more reports from those areas.

If a man speaks at sea, where no woman can hear, is he still wrong?

Just moved down to SC myself and am looking for some crab;; or, more specifically, I'd like to hop on a commercial boat and learn the business. I'm not really looking to get my own commercial license and go off on my own; just want to learn it and live it for at least a season; hopefully many more after that.... Anybody in SC looking for a greenhorn workaholic with a can do attitude?
i need a boat, you need some help - let's talk
