I traded R V's over in Ruskin and am now at Mayport Naval Station ( JAX BEACH AREA).The base has a few salt water fed ponds that the locals tell me have crabs in them.  We'll know tomorrow!  I dropped 3 pots overboard w/out buoys and will check them tomorrow sometime!
Am I the only one crabbing in the SE Region?

Good luck when you go to pick up your traps.
I think you are the only one crabbing right now. I haven't done any crabbing since January 1 when I lost my slip.

While your up that way stop at Singletons Seafood and try their Minorcan chowder. I really liked it!

I love Singleton's.  I recall working on a shrimp boat moored there around 1973!
Can't remember if there was a restaurant there then!

There are some beautiful crabs here now!  I wish I wasn't land bound!
