hello everyone my name is Michael.   I just got my commercial license a couple weeks ago and this summer I am going to  commercially trotline.  I crab  The Severn River located in Anne Arundel County. I am  trying to find a buyer who would buy my crabs 4-5 days per week  this coming year.  I will supply high-quality crabs and will probably be able to catch 3 to 6 bushel psr day.  Since I'm only 15 years old I would be in need of someone who has transportation to be able to pick up the crabs that I catch from my marina or of my house. If you are looking for a reliable, steady, and honest  crabber, please email me at [email protected]  or please reply to this post or personal message me through here. Thank you for your time for reading my ad, have an amazing day!

You may want to sell them yourself to the Public.  I used to buy fresh oysters from a guy who got them off the boats, than drove them to his home. He had a phone number with a recorded message that said he would or would not have oysters that day at 4 pm.  I found out about him by word of mouth.  By 3 pm, there would be a line of customers waiting with coolers for his truck to arrive, and he would be sold out in thirty minutes.
If he didn't sell out, he had a homemade walk in cooler with a jury rigged window ac attached, just big enough to hold about ten bags.
He sold his oysters for the same price as the retail stores, but you knew his oysters were always fresh, best quality. I will drive twice as far for that.
Say brother....can you spare a crab...

Good luck to you Mike. I applaud your entrepreneur spirit. Most 15 yr olds are frying their brains daily on the TV or video games.

I'd reach out to churches and civic groups, etc to let them know about you. I bet there a lot of people/organizations that would rather get their crabs straight from the source rather than go through their local market.

Yup....  A "member" is a "supporting member" that has not made a donation in the current year...   8)
