St Augustine/Jacksonville area

I'm a MD crabber that recently moved to FL.  My boat is on the St. John's river.

Any insight on crabbing in this area? 

Any regulations I need to know about, trotline length, restricted days, limits?

  regulations are spelled out in FWC booklets and also available on their website..........very good crabbing in that river SOMETIMES...lnfo can be obtained at bait and tackle shops.....look in different areas for the comm. guys pot buoys......no buoys = no crabs..
