What water temperature do you start crawdadin in?

They can tolerate pretty cold water.  I've ran traps with a thin ice layer on the surface, didnt catch great but still caught.

I've been looking for some place to get cradads by me south of Daytona. I ahven't found anything yet!
Are you getting them by you?

I catch a few in minnow traps but never tried with pillow traps in the marsh.
