2 does down

So me and my cousin went hunting yesterday evening. It was windy and my tree was moving back and forth. I almost thought about getting down for a little bit to wait for the wind to die down. I saw a doe run off when I was Climbing the tree. Then I saw a deer walk across the hill about 150 yards away. Then I look down and see a doe that was bedded down about 40 yards away. I'm hoping it will come my way.  It finally gets up and starts to walk towards me. Its injured and its side is sticking out. Now my mission is to put the deer out of misery. I was not sure if it got hit by a car or bad shot by a hunter. It walks towards me and lays back down behind a tree. I only have a neck shot at 20 yards. I do not want to take it with all the wind. I wait for it to stand up again and shoot it. It runs past me and dies 20 yards away. As soon as it gets dark I see a light coming towards me. I can tell he is tracking the doe. I call him over when he gets closer and show him where the deer went. My cousin shot a doe yesterday as well. Sorry no pics this time. My phone died.
