BALTIMORE– Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh, joined by the Attorneys General of Virginia and the District of Columbia, on Monday filed a notice of intent to sue the Environmental Protection Agency over its alleged failure to require Pennsylvania and New York to develop and implement plans to achieve 2025 Chesapeake Bay restoration goals.

yea because no one can or will fix the coniwingo dam even tho there was an agreement with Exelon I think.

There is an agreement with Exelon where they have to spend 200 million on cleaning it.

Frosh needs something to do because all of his other lawsuits have gone bust.
