SC commercial trotline

Few questions here:

1) Is it legal to take crab commercially with a trotline

If yes then

2) What are the legal parameters for the trotline

3) Can they be fished in combination with pots

4) What kind of bait is preferred? Chicken/turkey necks, eel, clams?

I found info on recreational trotlines but nothing about commercial, perhaps they are the same but I am unsure. I plan to reach out to some officials about this but I wanted to ask here as well.
