Tags for Crab Traps in Louisiana

Does anyone know where on earth to get the tags required for crab traps in Louisiana?  I thought they use to just say "metal tag" and I made them out of aluminum cans but now it says "2-inch stainless steel self-locking tag" and my googlefu is not working to find anything that meets that desrcription.
