late report Topsail June 23-25th

Set out 2 full pots and 4    ( 1/2  ) pots this time in 3-4 foot of water. Made 2 pulls approx 24 hours apart. Total catch was 37 crabs with 25 keepers. Had 1 stone crab ( out of season but had 1 nice claw ) and 1 small flounder

Hey Greg- I started trying the 1/2 pots because the water is so shallow- at low tide the top half of a full sized one is out of the water. With this heat that cannot be good for the crabs.
