Oso pier close to the Corpus Christi University, Bob Hall pier or the area under the bridge you see the pier parallel, if you have a boat you can crab the 37 marker next to Snoopy"s restaurant because the pier isn't able to be accessed anymore but crabs hang around there. They used to have a fish cleaning station at the building that would dump entrails of the fish in the corner of the beginning of the pier. One time my daughter and I caught 37 crabs no smaller than 7 inches in 2 hrs. there when the pier was open to the public. Downtown at the T-heads hold crabs too. Close to the bulkheads mostly. There is a new pier just built recently as you come to the bridge coming from Portland to the right if you look out a bit. It's the first turn off before you go to the bridge. I am going to see how it may gather crabs. Good luck catching crabs. Being from Maryland originally I steam mine I catch. ;D
Happy crabbing... Eat one for me!
