Blue crab are slow right now at this location. Gonna give it another month. Baiting them in with chicken on a line. Getting rid of some of the trash left by other visitors.

I hope you've had some luck with the crabs. Thank you for cleaning up while you are there, it's important on many levels. I'm always surprised at the trash I see when there is trash can 20ft. away.

When I first moved to Corpus Christi we went to this park to crab. We had fun but not enough crab to brag about. The small boat ramp under the bridge I was told held some crab. I haven't found out though. Am still wondering if anyone has caught any this year with all the rain. Plan to visit soon to try.
