Itís fine just high nitrogen levels from runoff but when the reopened the inlet they blocked off it solved the issue now that the tide regularly flushes the pond.

I've caught and eaten crabs from there several times before the new construction, but there was easier access before. Now they have the bridge area sides pretty much blocked off so it's not as easy to get down near the water anymore anywhere along where that new bike path ramp is.  You're in a good spot though, search for others near there, there are plenty of crabs to be had!
