Was in the water around 6am 9 traps with necks. Went until about 10:30am caught 1 female and 1 little guy about 3in. Some guys near me only caught about a dozen keepers. As I was leaving the parking lot I talked to a lady in a commercial truck and asked if she had any for sale. She said "sorry I don't have any for sale and I can't buy them either. I have 4 boats in the water and none of them were catching anything. We're losing so much money right now" I'm guessing the heat maybe lack of rain may have something to do with it. Hope things pick up soon. I did happen to catch a beautiful sun rise. Going to try again next weekend.

Thanks for the report as bad as it is. I have friends that are struggling to get a few crabs. We had 4 pots on a 24 hour soak and only picked up a dozen. I hope things pick up soon.
