I've used everything from chicken to turkey, fish, and even dead crabs. I've caught crabs on all except chicken feet.

Went around Moses Lake and the floodgate 4/18/24, cloudy, SE wind 10mph, only small crabs to 4”, shrimp heads, catfish livers, chicken legs, whiting carcasses. Will revisit in July.
