It has been about a year since I have been crabbing and boy did it feel good to be back out there. Dropped my nets about 7am with chicken necks. Was slow but pulled in 5 large males along with 3 smaller males. I ended up releasing them all as 4 out of the 5 looked light.  Bonus report I did catch a nice 13" snapper which I did bring home and looking forward to on a sandwich.

Not sure when I will be back out but good to be back. Thanks to everyone posting reports

i was down there earlier this year and threw out crab pots stuffed with catfish and chicken....within days, nothing left but bones, but never got a crab...hopefully a lot of baby crabs and i can get payed back next year
