Now you got them steamed up and in the sink you gotta decide how you're gonna eat em!

Do you just put one on a plate with butter and a beer?

Or do you spend some time shucking the meat and then doing something with that...like a hot buttered Lobster Roll.

Or perhaps some buttered lobster over linguini?
I like it all; no matter how it's prepared!
