Travel from Atlanta for a crabbing experience! Pls tell me where to go, thanks!

I am planning a crabbing vacation and will stay in Mount Pleasant close to the Patriots Pt. Can any local frequenters point me to an easy place (docks, bridges, etc.)?

Pls also suggest a shop for crab pots and baits. Thanks!

Why are you going to Mt. Pleasant South Carolina to Crab.? You need to crab coastal Georgia. Fly into Brunswick from Atlanta and stay in Coastal Georgia and crab along the St. Simons Causeway or St. Simons pier. This year Georgia's blue crabs are big and beautiful. I just caught 2 bushels over the weekend.
