My dad died over 2 years ago so I really don't know where to go I usually go to AC but now I don't know around when to go we would usually leave like 4-5 in the morning and get there at 5:30-6 but I'm not sure of the month, When's the latest you can crab in AC? Like what month??.. When does it start and end?..  Also do you need a license to crab? I've never heard of it but I've been browsing through the site.. Thanks Smiley

Hi Kay and NJ. I've done the 7 bridge thing. Did ok earlier,May, this year. Actually it's Great Bay Bulavard.(sp) It's right out of Tuckerton. Quite a few spots to drop some traps. I do not know a lot of piers/bridges that you can go to and crab. There are some more places near Del Bay that you can go off the banks too. Even 7 bridges, I go off the banks. If you need more info about what I mean, pm me. Thx, VAL

Seven Bridges is just south of Tuckerton on Rt. 9....1 or two lights below Rt. 539. Turn left on Great Bay Blvd..... right after 1st. bridge.. (next to 1st. bridge marina) long bulkhead with lots of room to park and crab.. Hand lines or traps are ok..."ENJOY"

Hi, NJgirl, there is a place in Brielle, Nj. I've had alot of sucess there so far this year. It is a park/ lagoon setting great for the kids to run around.  I don't know what the park is called, but the Brielle bait & tackle shop can tell you how to get there. They will give you a map. Happy crabbing. Wink
