We've shedded crabs all different ways including playing with the lights. I dont know if they care one way or another. We've even tried black lights, halogen 500w,neon budwiser type lights, led, even floating type. During lighting storms they seem to be really active so even tried strobe lights,it did'nt work. All I can tell you is leave the light on over their heads and maybe they'll think its the full moon. Cheesy
