Is there a public dock of some sort to crab in the Navesink river? Last year, we rented a boat but cant do that this year. I know about the oceanic bridge but are there any other spots? I thought I saw crabbing docks near the maples ave bridge but cant say for sure. help!.

Locust Ave bridge.  Its near the oceanic.

No, but there are some people who crab the Shrewsbury here.  They will be able to help you if they see this thread.
