I found this program to shrink pics . you can do one at a time or a whole folder. Also you can keep the originals if you want them .

copy and paste in address bar. The file is on the far right of the page about half way down . Its called Image Resizer.exe    Once downloaded you can just highlight the pics you want and right click with the mouse. there will be a new option to resize images. If you need help just pm me .  This program works great.   check it out   2thumbsup

Sorry , I forgot to mention that its for windows xp  . I like how easy it is to use. No extra programs to run with a million options to confuse you.

For anyone having trouble resizing pictures. NOTE, it apears that this is for Windows XP only.

You can use Windows Photo Gallery, it should have come with Vista.

Amen to that.

 I try not preach MAC, but for those of you out there who are considering replacing older PCs, you might want check 'em out.
