You didn't say it. Look, this is a minor debate about an important point. You said, "FREEDOM OF SPEACH IS A CONSTUTINAL RIGHT, GAURNTEED !" My point is that freedom of speech is NOT guaranteed, it is NOT a Constitutional right. People make this error all the time. The Constitution only prevents government from abridging speech; this was written to explicitly protect the people from prosecution for criticizing our so-called leaders. You are not guaranteed freedom to make bomb threats, yell "fire" in a theater, create slander or libel, threaten the president, etc.

Pinchy, it was a pleasure spending the day with you and I look forward to another evidenced by my prior posts this evening. World politics, history, science health discussions were all refreshing. I DO understand what you are saying about free speech and I do understand you do NOT object to the contribution strategy here. You just want to clear the academic conversation as a separate issue. Fine. But this is not a podium for speech as much as it is a social club of like interested people sharing and meeting. You have benefited much by the invitations to go on member's boats and learning. Think of this as a walless fraternity (cyberspace) with a fixed overhead to support.

Thanks
