I plane to try the York River this weekend with one or two pots and mabey a trap.  I will post my results but if anyone would like to raccomend a good spot other than the areas I see the watermen's pots, I'll take any advice.

Last time I was out fishing there were hundreds set out in the 8' or so of water near the light tower about 5 miles south of west point.  I figure if they set all those out, there must be something there.

I just hope that they don't think I'm messing with theirs when I'm pulling up mine and take a shot at me. Grin  I'll set up a bit "off" of their line in hopes of avoiding that.
