Jack, you just defined the term "fresh seafood" oh and "farm raised". That is so cool ya got a Speckle Trout to live in the tank. I would scared that the temp drop to low and kill him/her. I don't see a Red Drum in there??? I have kept flounder and a drum alive for almost a month in a spare shedder tank, until I got them fat .......began "fish of the day" on my menu Roll Eyes Grin.  It is hard to keep oysters alive and no sure all the reasons....maybe bacteria of some sort from rocks added or fish. (I tried it as well) What temp do ya keep the fish, since you have some different species in there???
The oysters die due to lack of food.  Not enough plankton for them to survive in a fish tank.  If there is a hungry crab in the tank they don't live long enough to starve. A little crab can open a big oyster or clam. This is the last crab I will keep.  They kill everything in the tank over time.  I got this one in there for my Grand Childern to watch.  I will let him go in a few weeks when the creek has warmed back up.  The temp right now, in the tank,  is around 65ish.

Good news!  This little Sally may make it to spring.  She is hiding in a log in the fish tank.  The fish didn't get her when she slought on the last full moon!  Grin

Jack,

What do yo mean the sally sluffed on the last full moon?  We already had this discussion.  the moon has no affects on crabs.  BTW, my two buddies I hunt with each have a chessie and they love to swim even in the cold PA water on the lake we hunt up my way.  I have a black lab and she is a sweet dog, but a ding dong.....
