Nothing better than mini crab on mini cracker. Speaking of small, in some places the most sought after size of catfish is fingerlings, they fry them whole(minus guts) and eat as finger food(in one gulp)

what would you call someone who liked imature crabs.........a crabophile?

The etymology of -phile is from Greek, it just means "a lover of." So we are all crabophiles to coin a word. In Latin the term for a "lover of young crabs" would be along the lines of Cancer infans amator. Wouldn't this make great bar conversation, Jack? Wink laugh
