I REALLY LOVE crabs!
Crabs are waking up in Crab Alley!

I've had a crab pot sitting in our boat slip for almost three weeks at Crab Alley and today, finally, instead of finding jelly fish, I found one lone crab! I was very excited and that lucky fella got thrown back...but that's a sign that things are perking up!

For a small fee of course, I may be able to install the new and fashionably discreet "Acme Underground Siphon" line direct to your pier...

Janice what's the deal with the Jelly fish. Isn't it a bit early for them?

There were a few jelly fish on the traps yesterday in Warehouse Creek - 3 or 4 came up with a little bit of jellyfish on them.

The winter jellyfish or lion's mane jellyfish, Cyanea capillata, is in the bay from Nov to late May. It is one of the 3 types of jellyfish we get in the bay..

Get over yourself! We did probably cruise past your Dad's place - we went up Cox Creek almost to Rt. 50.
See the thread in Honey Holes "The maiden voyage of the skiff with no name".
