I spent all of august last year working in hatteras village and the fishing or the crabbing wasn't good at all.  Did some drum fishing and that went well.  Anyone know about rec. crabbing whether it has picked up this year?  Crabmeat is going for $15/lb. which would lead me to believe the jimmy's are around this year.  Anyone?
