Anyone know where to get bait clams in SNJ?  Anybody know a good spot to clam in SNJ?  How about where to buy clam bags?  Thanks

Ive posted a question like this before and it never got a response. In md they use razorclams very effectively for crabs. My guess is if there is any place in snj then, it would probably be along Delaware bay. the bags you might have to send away for them.   keep us informed if you hear anything  Smiley

If you purchase a clamming license they give you a book with open waters to clam. I don't think it is for bait clams tho

Thanks 'OC... I pretty much stick to about 5 or 6 spots.. and they have all been good since back in the 60s. I know the seasonal waters and the leased grounds are easy to spot. Never done nothin' North of Waretown. Fishin' crabbin' or clammin'.. Thanx again !
