Delaware crabbing rules

Can anybody answer this for me? In Delaware, are kids allowed to set 2 crab pots also. I know the limit is 2 per person and 1 bushel, but I wasn't sure if that was only for adults or do kids count too?

I believe it's "two pots per person per household" but I am not 100% sure. Anyone old enough to require a license still needs to be licensed.
I need to call the state about something related to this on Monday, so I can find out for sure.

The following is copied directly from the 2010 Delaware Fishing Guide (page 46):
"Recreational crabbers may use two pots, however
the person claiming to own the pots must tend
them. These pots must be marked with all white buoys
with the owner’s full name and permanent mailing address
inscribed either on the buoy or on a waterproof
tag attached to the buoy. All crab pots must be tended
at least once every 72 hours. All crab pots must be
removed from the water between December 1 and February
28. Recreational crabbers may use a trot line (no
length limit) and any number of hand lines or traps.
The recreational daily limit is one bushel per person."
If you have a Delaware Fishing license, you are a Recreational Crabber. As long as the pots are properly marked with the individual's name and permanent address and attended to by that person, it appears as if any number of pots can be put in the water from a given household, but only two per person.

And the kids or whoever can pull up as many "traps" as they want. Go figure.
