Don't know if you can park there overnight, but people still crab by the bridge.

I guess the last time I was there was 2 or 3 years ago but I camped overnight and launched my boat at the little beach and parking area just before the last bridge and no one chased me out or bothered me. There were no signs saying no overnight camping or anything. But like I say I havent been there for a couple of years. They did have signs no crabbing or no fishing from the bridges but that didn't stop a lot of people from doing it anyway. It does make it a little difficult to drive over or run a boat under the bridge with all the people there coolers and baskets and lines all over the place. I wish they would enforce that because some day someone is going to get hit by a car or someone is going to get a line wraped around a prop and trouble will start. Most of the people are courtious enough to move but some just stand there giving you dirty looks like your doing something wrong just trying to drive across. Like they have a right to be there...Charlie
