I don't know how, but it'd be cool to have a contest that was based on size and quality.

If there was a contest for the most consistent quality crabs for sale in the state, Coveside Crabs would win, hands down.  Right now, the majority of the crabs north of the bay bridge are paper thin and hollow.  We threw back well over 90% of our catch yesterday.
