Timonium Maryland And I do Love Crabs!

Ignore
« on: July 14, 2005, 08:07:43 AM »

Since I have been on this forum and reading all the great posts,  I was wondering where everyone lives.  I added my home town of Timonium Maryland in my signature so people can get an idea of places and things I mention in my posts and the local area I am talking about.  I noticed that this site reaches out to places all over the different states.

If you put your name in your signature or your board name, we can understand some of the posts better because of location.

So, lets hear where you are coming from and if you so desire, put it in your signature or name.  This could be fun.

OK, I will start off.   I am from Timonium Maryland which is just north of Baltimore.   Grin Grin Grin

I live in Richmond, VA (landlocked) which is where I work.

I spend my weekends in White Stone, VA (Antipoison Creek, near Windmill Point at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay and Rappahannock River) which is where I play!

Unfortunately, we're driving all the way from Sykesville.  But mainly stay in Gunpowder and Middle rivers.

I live in New London Pa. which is near Kennett Square. 10 minutes from Maryland line. I have a house in Crystal Beach which is in Earleville MD near Galena. It's directly across from Turkey Point. I normally spend my night's before crabbing in Crystal Beach and head to the Wye in the morning. It's only about a 45 minute ride from Crystal Beach to the Wye. I crab the Wye once a week.

Freehold NJ, 188 miles from heaven, worth every mile. Pick up the cheap smokes in DE on the way that pays for the trip and then some. Cheesy Wink

Dr. Joe!  I had no idea you lived in Freehold!  My family lives in Millstone!  Well, the "good family" lol.  I used to live in Wall and at one time lived in Howell.

For now, we live in Delmar....and I used to crab in Vienna, until I discovered the Choptank River!

I have a good friensd in Millstone, has a horse ranch, nice quiet area they havn't industrialized yet. Sad Came down from NY about 10 years ago when my job moved to NJ, was real nice and wquiet, now they are building malls and everything else along RT 9 and the area, and they wonder why bears are coming in people's back yards.
