Timonium Maryland And I do Love Crabs!

Nice going everyone, I am starting to get a good idea where everyone is from and where they like to crab.  We should maybe do what Bogman suggested and that is to put your Home Town in you profile or your signature.  Then you can tell where we are from at a glance.

It is good to see  that all Crab Lovers are from all over and have the same love of Crabs whether just to catch them or eat them or both.    Some of us are finding out that we live close by to one another.

Good response so far, keep it going.   Grin Grin Grin

Hi All,

I currently live in Stewartstown, PA which is an hour north of Baltimore, MD
5 miles east of 1st exit on I-83 just over the PA line.  Born and raised in Timonium, MD where Warhorse lives.  My brother lived on Bennett Pt on the Wye River for 20 years and he taught me to crab.  I crab the Wye, but am just starting to try some new places including areas around St Michael's. and Kent Island and the Choptank.

Dauphin Island, AL.  Soak my pots between the island and the mainland.  The area is known as the Mississippi Sound.  The island is connected to the mainland by a very long causway and bridge.

There is also a ferry that runs between the East end of Dauphin Island, crosses Mobile Bay to the West end of Ft Morgan Rd  that leads to Gulf Shores.

If your like me you believe you live in the greatest place in the world.  The only difference is "I'm right"  Grin Grin
