Nothing wrong with mudbugs! I do like all the cajun dishes such as jambalaya, crawfish etoufee, shrimp creole and gumbo! um um good! Would like to get down to Louisiana and sample the cuisine, the real stuff! Used to like Justin Wilson's cooking show too. P.I.G. hog.

I miss Justin Wilson and have one of his cookbooks.  When I read through it I can here his voice expainling the recipie.

He had a cooking show before having one was cool.

My home port is Sapelo Sound in McIntosh County Georgia. If you have a map of coastal Georgia you will see Sapelo Sound separates St. Catherines Island from Blackbeard and Sapelo Islands. A great place to crab and fish. Cool

Smoked carp tastes just as good as smoked salmon .....when you don't have any smoked salmon.

Cool I'm on Anna Maria Island, Florida...2 short blocks from The Gulf of Mexico and 1 house from the bay.

I do most of my crabbing off of the SouthEast side of the Manatee Bridge on the causeway.
